Michael Kosmas earned his MBA Cum Laude from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and has held executive positions in Starwood, Marriott and Anantara Resorts with oversight of Digital Strategy, Global Alliances and Digital Transformation initiatives in the US, Caribbean, and Asia Pacific. His work on mapping Customer Experience (CX) in parallel with the Employee Experience (EX) gained broad recognition when he served as the point person for the Enterprise Salesforce Integration at Marriott in APAC where he thoughtfully tracked the Customer and Employee’s Emotional States throughout the Customer Journey from the Inspiration phases through post stay phases, highlighting the very best tools for touch points to maximize satisfaction scores and optimize revenues. His experience in cookieless campaigns with CDPs like Tealium and attribution marketing platforms including DSPs have been implemented around the world. Michael currently works as a Performance Marketing Consultant in the Industry Expert Division with Strategic Solutions Partners, Inc.
